Handcrafted Happiness began as a small creative spark at home in Pune. What started as a way to pass time slowly turned into a little world of colours, threads, resin, beads, and fabric – a space where I could make something beautiful with my own hands and share that joy with others. In the beginning, I experimented with simple things – trying out different yarns and stitches for crochet, mixing resin colours and pressing flowers, putting together basic jewellery pieces, and stitching small fabric items like scrunchies and pouches. Some designs turned out perfect, some didn’t. But with every attempt, I learned something new: which flowers look best in resin, which yarn feels soft on the skin, which jewellery designs are comfortable for daily wear, and which fabric patterns look cute on sewing products. Slowly, these experiments became products that friends and family started noticing and appreciating. Encouraged by their love, I decided to give this hobby a name – Handcrafted Happiness. The name reflects exactly what I want my creations to do: bring a small moment of happiness to whoever holds them. Whether it’s a crochet item that adds a cosy touch to your day, a pair of resin jhumkas that make you feel a little more special, a simple piece of jewellery, or a handmade sewing accessory like a fabric scrunchie, pouch or keychain, each piece carries time, care and a lot of love. Today, Handcrafted Happiness is still a small, home-based dream. I use good-quality materials and take care with every stitch, pour, bead and seam, because I want your piece to not only look pretty but also last.
